  1. One cup ghee
  2. One cup caster sugar
  3. One cup besan
  4. One cup plain flour
  5. One cup semolina
  6. Three tbsp yogurt
  1. Mix all but not ghee
  2. Then warm ghee and mix with the rest
  3. Put yogurt in and mix again
  4. If you think it’s dry , put a little milk in and just mix it together
  5. And make small balls
  6. Press in the middle with your thumb and put some chopped pistachios nut to decorate
  7. Preheat the oven 200 degrees Gas mark six
  8. Get a tray and put non stick baking sheet
  9. Put those balls on the tray
  10. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly brown
  11. Keep looking so they don’t get burnt
  12. Take the tray out and put them on the wire rack
  13. When they are cool, put in a container
